Sebastián Lodder
CEO
As CEO Hotel Collection International, Sebastian Lodder leads executive management at all levels, at a key moment for the company as is the great expansion process that is going on.
Sebastian joined the company in 2007 as Project Manager, playing different roles and assuming areas of responsibility until last 2015 he was appointed CEO. Sebastian has been linked to the hotel world throughout his professional career, especially from a hotel management point of view. Prior to joining Hotel Collection International, Sebastian held different positions in internationally renowned chains.

Francisco Baz
Project Manager Revenue – Madrid (Spain)
Professional of Tourism specialized in Hospitality, he obtained his Tourism and Business Degree in 2001 from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has completed Revenue Management studies in other specialized, such as Cesae Business & Tourism School. He began his professional career in the reception and sales department of the first hotel of the H10 Hotels chain opened in the city of Madrid (Hotel H10 Villa de la Reina) in 2001.
With a trajectory of around 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector working for this brand, has developed skills at different levels and departments, among which he has stood out as Head of Reservations, Revenue and MICE. He also participated in two openings between 2015 and 2016, leading along with the commercial management team the process of brand integration of two properties that became part of the chain in this final stage of his career with the team of H10.
As of June 2018, he joined the sales team at HCI as a Revenue analyst, with a portfolio of 8 hotels, adding more projects to the portfolio. This has meant a promotion to Revenue Project Manager since 2020.

David Gesto
International Project Manager Operations – Madrid (Spain)
Starting his career in the catering sector, as a chef participating in international events and trained by Michelin starred chefs. Soon, he saw the necessity of growing in the sector and coursed a Degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, finishing his degree in London at the LSE University.
His first steps in the hospitality industry, were with the internship and soon was gaining weight within the industry in the English market, passing through different hotels in different British regions. At the age of 24, got his first General Manager position, finishing his stage in the UK, managing a private group of Hotels with more than 400 rooms. Currently, he works in HCI as International Operations Project Manager, coordinating operations in the group, new openings, as well as, ensuring the implementation of all our international brands.
In addition, he continues to develop his career, having recently completed a Master in Revenue Management at Cornell University.
