Since 1999
HCI has led the Spanish market, being the pioneer in multi-brand hotel management. We have collaborated with main hotel brands as Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Meliá, Best Western and Accor under franchise agreements.
We have assisted hotel owners on the selection of the right brand and the management of their hotels.
2010
2010 marks a turning point in our history: the beginning of our international expansion which results in our first hotel in Portugal.
Shortly after consolidating this new stage with a turn key project in St. Petersburg, Russia.
2014
HCI is entrusted to launch and position three hotels in Azerbaijan at Shahdag Mountain and Ski Resort. The first and most important ski resort in the country.
2016
HCI opens its first international delegation in Tbilisi to service Georgia, Russia and other CIS countries.
2018
As part of our international development strategy Hotel Collection International moves its head office to Luxembourg in order to attend the growing pipeline of projects in other European countries such as Italy, Greece, France and Croatia, while servicing the existing portfolio.
2020
HCI incorporates three Spanish assets into its portfolio: El Plantío Golf Resort, Hotel Barcelona Golf Resort and Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Getafe.
2024 – 2025
With a strong commitment to consolidate HCI as the multi-brand leader in Southern Europe, the company will be launching a new project focused on five-star assets.

Hotel Operation
Through leasehold of the property, HCI is fully responsible for the operation of the hotel, both in terms of management and financially.
Design and Development
In the design and development phase, we support the owner to create a unique and differentiated project, which meet the highest quality standards that leads to the highest profitability
Hotel Management
Working on behalf of the property’s owner, HCI is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel.
Hospitality Consultancy
Advising hotel owners on specific areas which require particular attention. And proposing detailed action plans to improve these areas.
Interim Hotel Management
Giving support to the ownership of the property for a defined period of time when the property requires professional hotel management or additional support.
